I have been a long-time customer of Hale and Hearty but their customer service today has been abysmal. More than four hours ago I placed an order for delivery at the Lexington Avenue location, and I have not yet received my food. I have called the store multiple times, and the phone just continues to ring. I reached out to another location and, although they tried to be helpful, they were unable to reach the Lexington Avenue shop. They also could not give me a working extension at the corporate headquarters line. How is this an ok way to treat your customers? And this is the second time now such an incident has occurred. Considering the absolute disregard displayed by H&H for their customers, I can’t see myself ordering from them again.

The daytime staff is phenomenal. Keep it up.

Good place, delicious food, I usually order there every week.

Every time I eat their food, I get terrible indigestion. Otherwise it’s good

Service fast soup always delicious i get it  we all went through Covid19 and it isn't over but a simple thank a more welcoming attitude would have been nice and it brings customers back
