Description

Soaring Eagle Regional Park boasts a diverse 12-mile trail system spanning 600 acres of forest and wetland, accommodating a variety of outdoor enthusiasts. The relatively flat, well-marked trails are accessible to all skill levels, from casual walkers to serious trail runners. Despite a busy parking lot, the park's extensive network ensures a tranquil experience. Trails feature ephemeral creeks and abundant plant life, enhancing the natural beauty. Mountain bikers will encounter technical challenges with rocks, roots, and tight turns, best managed with 29-inch wheels and lower tire pressure. The park is also a haven for fungi enthusiasts, showcasing vibrant species like the scarlet elf cup and funeral bell mushroom. Note that the parking lot fills up quickly.
