Adelitas on south Broadway is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, fresh Mexican food in Denver. The carne Asada, enchiladas, and chili relleno were all absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent and fast. The cool, vibey atmosphere and accommodating staff make for a great dining experience, and the menu offers plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. The weekly special, huaraches, did not disappoint, and the tres leches cake and ceviche were also highlights. The only downside was the limited parking, but the overall experience at Adelitas is definitely worth it. Plus, it's worth noting that the restaurant is woman-owned and founded, and they even provide free feminine hygiene products in the bathrooms. As a professional chef, I can attest to the cleanliness of the kitchen, and I highly recommend bringing friends to try a variety of dishes. We will definitely be back soon. #Tacos #TopMexican
