Reservations are a must, and if you're lucky, you may even have the pleasure of being served by the knowledgeable and friendly Caron. While some may prefer sitting at the bar for a more immersive experience, the bespoke cocktail options and friendly staff make Hoot a must-visit spot. The only flaw noted by some patrons was the lack of 50s music to fully complete the speakeasy atmosphere.
