The Spice Bazaar, also known as the Egyptian Bazaar, is more than just a tourist destination. Even locals come for Cankurtaran Gıda, a market stall famous for high quality goods since 1964. Wares include cheeses from all around Turkey, plus the best pastırma (cured meat), sucuk (sausage), honey, and olives in town.
