Chef-owner Mehmet Gürs launched his New Anatolian cuisine at Mikla in 2012, and many imitators have followed. The menu reflects Gürs's Turkish-Scandinavian heritage, as well as the years he spent exploring local traditions and rich food culture all over Anatolia.
