This hip Nolita watering hole, co-owned by Timothy Lynch and Richard Knapp, is decked out in the now familiar mix of pressed tin ceilings and exposed brick and weathered-wood made more homely with vases of fresh flowers and vintage lamps. The bar serves a small range of creative cocktails and superior bar bites. Craft beer is available on tap and in cans. But it’s the cocktails that really stand out, well made and well presented. Choose from the short selection chalked on the board behind the bar or opt for the slushy of the day.
