Description

Yukhoe (Korean style steak tartare) is a very difficult dish to make. The raw beef must be tender and smell fresh, and the mixture of the few spices involved needs to be perfect so that it doesn’t overwhelm the original scent of the beef. Even though several yukhoe restaurants have opened over the years around Gwangjang Market, there’s a reason why people insist on going to the area’s first yukhoe shop.
