Description
Revival Food Hall's latest concept brings Indonesian fare to the Loop, courtesy of chef John Avila (Gibsons Italia) and his mother's age-old recipes. Sample gohu (spicy pickled green papaya), sambal chicken wings and mie bakso (beef meatball soup) before diving into bigger entrees, like the ayam tuturuga—which finds chicken braised in sour-spicy yellow curry with lemongrass and lime leaves.
