Description

Known as 'The Montik', this reopened café once hosted wild nights of 'Babylonian' cabaret, presided over by the Bad Bohemian himself, Jaroslav Hasek (spot him and his friend, the writer and tramp Kudej, dressed in Edwardian ladies' bathing costumes in a photo on the wall), and attended by Frank Kafka, Egon Kisch and a claque of cubists. Drink a glass of the sweet, syrupy, sugar-beet tuzemsky rum.
