The folks at Triciclo banked on this theory, setting up shop for a brief residency at the Humboldt Park Beer Garden. From there they launched a Washington Park-adjacent brick-and-mortar in late 2019, expanding the menu to include pisco cocktails, ceviche, and Peruvian entrees like arroz con mariscos.
