Its remit is inventive, “artisanal” cocktails created with passion – the bar staff’s enthusiasm for shaking and stirring is palpable. Mocktails are sharp too; staff will readily whip up something special for the non-drinker. There are also boutique beers and an exceptionally well-curated wine list.
