There is perhaps no more carefully curated burger in Singapore than the BB.11, the 11th burger from Singapore’s Burger Labo (formerly Nekkid). Its centerpiece is an all-beef patty made with a trio of minced beef cuts: Black Angus beef neck, Aomori ribeye, and Toriyama wagyu A4 tenderloin.
