Happy Raptor Distilling is thrilled to welcome you for a tour and rum tasting at New Orleans' newest rum distillery! Follow the journey of 504Rum from the sugarcane fields of Louisiana to our custom-made copper still to the cocktail in your hand. We’ll guide you through the process of how our small batch, handcrafted rum is made on-site, including an explanation of the base ingredients, the unique Caribbean-style processes involved in the creation of 504Rum that are rare to find in the United States, and the various botanicals and fruits used to create our unique signature blends. The combined tour and tasting lasts approx. 45 minutes and includes one pre-batch cocktail (distiller’s choice), a free tasting of all 504Rum products, and a laid-back good time.**THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS NOW REQUIRES PROOF OF VACCINATION OR A NEGATIVE COVID19 TEST TAKEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ENTRY AT HAPPY RAPTOR.
