This place has a great vibe if you want good food ,music & beautiful people. We were a party of 11 & 3 people didn't get their food in time to eat with everyone else however, the manager did accommodate us with a round of shots to hold us down lol. Otherwise they get 5 stars. Going back this weekend to celebrate my sons birthday.

Today I had reservations to experience Harlem Restaurant Week.  I received a confirmation call this afternoon and I asked if they still had the Restaurant Week Menu.  The young lady said yes.  After placing our order the waiter comes back us to say that we can't order from that menu. The restaurant is too crowded/busy to make those dishes on that menu.  WHAT?! Don't you anticipate a busy Friday night?! And a Chef is cooking whatever is ordered. Help me make sense! Needless to say my sister and I left and came to the conclusion that they would make more money if people ordered from the regular menu being that the restaurant Week Menu was  $59 . And you received a lot for that price.  Wine included.   Never going back!  Bad Business 👎🏽 FYI had to give one star to write this review

I loved Cecil's Mother's Day Brunch. The atmosphere, Service and Food was awesome. Jennifer our waitress was on the money even though she was tending to other tables. I have found my new Brunch Spot.  I didn't even take home a doggie Bag n that never happens.

After reading a nice write-up in the NY Times, we trekked up to Harlem expecting a really classy steakhouse. The staff welcomed us warmly and seated us in a well-appointed room. The unfortunate part of this room was a large screen in the middle of it flashing a 1970's style geometric light show. The strobe lighting and music (which was on the cusp of being too loud) completely destroyed the ambiance. We were out for a meal, not a disco show. Can't say anything about the food because we were so annoyed, we left before ordering.

Food wasn't bad, but the service could've been better. I ordered a medium steak and got a well done.  The waitress seemed confused every time we asked her a question and we had to ask where are orders were a couple of times.
