An excellent late-nite spot for an affordable, delicious meal. Whenever I try a new pizza spot I always go for classic cheese before anything else and this did not disappoint - it's a quintessential New York slice.

The man behind the counter, Eugene, was also a delight, throwing a free beverage my way after I lamented and kvetched about a bouncer who wouldn't let me into a nearby bar because I was wearing shorts.

Nothing less than a true New York moment. Pizza. Kindness. Beer. What more do you need?

$30 for a large pepperoni pizza, and I had to wait 20 minutes for it...

I think everyone knows by now that Ray's pizza is the best in the city. The slices were generously sized and delicious - just as they were when I first visited this place nearly thirty years ago! One caveat - I couldn't find a lock for the bathroom door so my daughter and I had to go together and hold the door for each other. It's a one room bathroom, no stalls, so go with someone you don't mind being with in that situation.

Fantastic slices at a good price. Being open 24/7 is a huge plus for those late nights when you're craving pizza. Staff is friendly and prompt with service even at its busiest times.

The pizza here is amazing, there were so many delicious looking choices I was having trouble picking out what sort of slice I wanted. Ended up going with the bbq chicken pizza and it was better than I thought it was going to be! Great cheap evening snack!
