Really nice spot.  Cocktails were excellent and interesting.  Penicillin was very good, agave based cocktails are a specialty, which was great.  We had a big group party.  Food for the party was really excellent.  Mac and cheese and fish tacos were especially good.  I would gladly return.  Didn't get to check out the whole menu, but great spot.

Bad bad bad - I ordered a pretzel w cheese.   Inedible.

The cheese was cold, curdled, and tasted awful.
I ate two little pretzel “finders” which were more like undercooked raw baby baguettes w a bit of salt on them.   They were white.   Not brown like a pretzel.
The mustard sauce was more like very cold ranch dressing not mustard at all.
I had a cocktail which was good but tiny.  Half full at best.

They used to be so good but w lack of vegetarian options and no menus, it’s hard to recall what you can order  (I didn’t bring my phone which is the only way you can view a menu- seems they could keep one somewhere or under glass but no)

What happened to this place?   The staff was super nice but ugh the food is abysmal.

$25 for food you can’t eat - NOT COOL.

Bartenders are phenomenal. Hostesses work hard and make sure you've got what you need. Servers work, are easily approachable, and things get served. Clientele. Not horrible, and not entertaining. Staff is definitely the best about this place. Guess that's more telling of the neighborhood now than the bar, but still.

It is a really nice restaurant with two bars. There is a front area and a back area, both with bars. There are also draft cocktails.

There is a happy hour, but unfortunately, the glasses are much smaller and the amount of liquor is smaller as well.

Happy hour drink prices will make you happy. The Brussel sprouts and cauliflower will make you healthy. The friendships made  will make you wealthy. And,  coming to Cooper's makes you wise !
