Loved this place from day one for their coffee and food they offered. Really good!

The young lady who works the register, is incredibly professional, and knowledgeable about her position. I figured this woman was the Manager of the Cafe. Always a great attitude to say the least. Five stars for this establishment!!!!!

Found not one, but TWO (!!) plastic SHARDS in my avocado toast. To make matters worse, I just saw that I’m not the first customer who ordered from this location to experience this. So scary!! How does this happen?! Where is the quality control? How did NO ONE notice this before this avocado toast made its way to me?! What a waste of time and money!

I’ve had good experiences (food & service) at other Bluestone locations in NYC, so maybe this location isn’t a good one. I’ll stick to ordering from other Bluestone locations in the city for now, unless I decide to take a break from Bluestone Lane altogether. Just sad all around.

Staff was super friendly, and the service was very speedy. Pretty good food too!

Great Coffee and tasty snacks. Ordering ahead makes it quick and easy to grab and go.
