If you crave a burger or a delirious milkshake, don’t pass this by! I ate here several times recently and each time I had an excellent experience. All the food was better than expected. The restaurant had a lot of room inside and was well kept. The staff was amazing as they were very friendly and attentive. I was impressed. The bar as great and they had a wide selection.

If I could give this a zero I would. Arrived when it said my order was ready asked 5 different people for my order. Nobody could find it and the only thing that was in their solution bank was to offer to put in the order for me to pay for all over again. 20 mins later the manager comes out to say there was an issue with the order printer or something along those lines. I ask if there will be anything complimentary offered and I’m offered a beer whilst I wait. I expect someone to come ask me what I want - manager pours any random beer and hands it over. It’s a lager. If I had been asked, I would have asked for anything apart from a lager. The lack of solution-oriented staff astounds.

Update - the food is good, though, once you receive it

Sheena was a great bartender and server. My husband and I had a couple cold beers and really good food. The fish sandwich was really tasty. I highly recommend!

Tried to eat here in a nice and warm day. Asked to eat outside but was told was not possible for lack of waitress. We offered to bring food outside ourselves, but there was no flexibility. So we accepted to eat inside. When asked to seat by the window was also not possible, only down the dark inside parts of the restaurant… when we told that was not nice in this weather they didn’t seem bothered by that… turned around and went somewhere else - maybe food is good but customer satisfaction is clearly not!

Visiting from South Texas my husband and I with my 3 kids, enjoyed lunch on New Year's Day after visiting the 9/11 Memorial Museum The food was great! Very clean and great atmosphere! Will visit again on our next trip!
