Upper Peirce Reservoir Park offers a serene and calming experience, perfect for a quick jog or a relaxing walk. The 7km walk to and from the park has some uphills and downhills, so proper footwear is recommended. Monkeys can be seen along the road, especially at the road junctions, so it's important to avoid eye contact and keep a safe distance. The reservoir itself is simple and small, situated in the Central Water Catchment Area, and offers beautiful reflections of the trees. Visitors should be mindful of the monkeys and refrain from feeding them to prevent aggressive behavior. The park provides a peaceful escape from the city, with the opportunity to hear the sounds of nature and enjoy the misty, mysterious beauty of the reservoir.
