This place is legit! Like “from Italy with love” legit! This sandwich shop is exactly what I’d expect of an amazing, traditional New York Italian sandwich shop - no frills, Italian pride, and good quality ingredients.

Plenty of bread, meat and cheese options. Good quality meats and cheeses and fresh bread made by a Brooklyn establishment that’s been around 30+ years. The amount of meat and cheese they put on their sandwiches is crazy! They load it up - I couldn’t even finish my sandwich, and I eat a lot!

The guys working at the shop were extremely nice and friendly to everyone that entered. I got several smiles while eating my sandwich! While I was eating my delicious sandwich, a girl who works a couple shops over came in just to order a bottle of water and they just gave it to her and told her to cover it next time (because she didn’t have any cash). That’s true customer service and just good ol’ hospitality.

This place is worth a visit! I’ll definitely be returning, to support a local, small business, and also to try another one of their amazing sandwiches.

I came to nyc craving a solid Italian sandwich and the prosciutto with roasted tomatoes arugula and mozzarella on a semolina roll hit the spot! It was delicious (& huge! You get a foot long) and worth every penny.

The best Italian sub I've had in the city so far. When they handed me my hero, I thought I was going to fall over. With the heft of that thing, I could certainly commit battery.

Sandwich is enough for two meals IMO (probably for most people).

Hours vary because once they run out of their fresh and AMAZING breads they close! Creative delicious sandwiches, an awesome find!
